I own a 461.model G290TD year 2000.I would to change my radio in this car to a Mercedes APS 30 with navigator problaty to a BE4716 model. For get the navigator to work I need a speed-signal from the car. Usualy in DIN contact terminal A-1.
My question to your expert is, Did I have(or found) this signal from the car somewhere,is it even possible to get a APS 30 navigator to work in my G?
I try to get an answer from my Mercedes dealer in town but they couldnt found an answer.

yes it is possibele that the APS 30 works in a G Wagon.
I have buildt in a APS 30 in my W 124 and it wokrs good.
The speed signal you find on the back side of your tachograf.

Also meine CD scheint schon etwas veraltet, zumindest schickt mich das Navy nicht immer den optimalen Weg, die ist wohl von 2001 oder so.
