I need to replace the oil cooler hoses because they are all leaking. The oil/water cooler is small and does not do very much. I'm thinking of not using it. You may want to consider that as a solution, or at least as a way of diagnosing where the problem lies. Cap off the two Ts in the main oil hoses, then flush the oil out of the coolant, then wait to see if the oil comes back.
