The dashboard of the TGR/TTREK is fixed on top with (if I remember right) 4 screws M5, screwed from above of the flat bulkhead panel in the dashboard.
You should reach the 2 left from inside of the cab, through the open area behind the instrument panel, and the 2 right from the engine compartement.
