danke maybe it is for a pump or similar item? / vielleicht ist es für eine Pumpe oder ein ähnliches Objekt? "A" = Lever to engage front axle, can even be engaged while driving straight ahead,with clutch using "B" = 1:1,3 synchromeshd semi-reduction, shiftable while driving, with clutch using "C" = Low reducer 3:1, to shift, truck has to be stopped The lever for the gear-box or reducer PTO ist foreseen where the black cap beside the lever "C" is located.

I removed the dashboard very easily after you told me where the bolts were.
