hi you 2. the winterisation kit comes with the roof bars in it as an extra. all parts can however be ordered on there own. the winter kit was designed for the royal marines and for units working in very cold climates, ie; the falkland islands. landrover acctualy took parts from there already in stock roof rack kits and modified them a little because of the extra roof hieght of the wolff.
