BPM-heffing ist die in Holland zusätzlich zur MWSt zu zahlende Luxussteuer auf importierte Fahrzeuge (ist glaube ich 12 oder 14%).
Sollte beim Export nach Deutschland nicht anfallen. Die Mehrwertsteuer (in Holland BTW) muß in der EU immer im Kaufland bezahlt werden.
