preise stehen jetzt auch fest: 3,50 EUR netto je qm. ergibt dann in summe inkl. NK und mehwertsteuer rund 5,00 EUR all inkl. je qm. ggf. bekomme ich den vermieter noch um 0,50 EUR je qm gedrückt.
