Das mit dem 1.9. würde ich mal nicht so eng sehen, denn dann könnte mehr als 2/3 der Kfz-Produktion
abgeschrieben werden.
Die endlos auf Halde gammelnden Euro4-Neuwagen nicht mitgerechnet.
Die Weltanschauung der Politik ändert sich bis dahin ohnehin noch mindestens zweimal.
