Es ist richtig, dass das Antragsformular noch nicht online ist:http://www.bafa.de/bafa/de/weitere_aufgaben/pmsf/
Das wesentliche Datum ist aber der 1.1.2015. Der Umbau muss danach stattgefunden haben.
