Hallo Roland
Ich wäre mir mit dieser Induktionsplatte nicht so sicher, ob man damit kochen kann, es steht, zum Warmhalten geeignet (im Gastronomiebereich). Ev wird dann alles lau und anbraten funktioniert möglicherweise gar nicht.
