You are fully right. This is the weight of empty car. With all the kitchen staff, passengers, personal belongings and beer in fridge - that will be 3700-3800kg. In Poland the tolerance is +/- 5% - so on the border, however all the policeman are mostly very impressed to se so strange car as Bremach, and their attention is focused on it:) I have build this car for the Baikal Lake trip - and in Russia nobody care about the weight. But now the dream trip is cancelled by Mr. Putin:(((((
