Schau mal in der Registry, was unter
[*]HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders,
[*]HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders und
[*]HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders
eingetragen ist.

Da müßte eigentlich alles bis auf Fonts mit
[*]C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\#Benutzer\
beginnen.

Wenn das was von
[*]C:\Programme\
steht, hast Du wohl den Fehler...
