ich mache das ja über die Admin Ebene, nicht als user. Ich habe einfach dein Bild aus dem post verlinkt.
In deinem Profil den Eintrag unter "URL to your avatar (Your image must be smaller than 120x120 pixels; .gif, .jpg, .png accepted)" markieren und den link einfügen > speichern
