Also direkt nach deiner letzten Beschreibung sieht es mir trivial nach einer schwachen Batterie aus, die gerade noch so zum Starten reicht.
Ich würde einfach mal eine andere Batterie (aus einem anderen Fahrzeug) testen, ob es sich dann genauso verhält.
Für einen einfachen Test muss es ja nicht eine genau mechanisch passende sein.
