Je mehr ich darüber nachdenke desto mehr überzeugt mich folgende Lösung:

Kostet 18 Euro, Solarmodul und Regler enthalten, soll nichts anderes machen, als die Starterbatterie erhalten. Nicht fest verbaut, leicht ebtfernbar.
Und absolut 100% potentialfrei.
