Hallo Zusammen,
Induktionskochfelder mit 12 V Gleichstrom zu betreiben ist nur auf den ersten Blick interessant.
Bei 2 kW Leistung - und die braucht man unbedingt - bedeutet das mit Strömen von 150 bis 180 A zu hantieren ...
Damit muss man viele Klippen umschiffen, nur um ein paar zu nennen: Kabelquerschnitte, Kontakte, Schalter ...
Nutzt man ein mobiles 230V-Kochfeld - für ca. 30€ - so braucht man nur noch einen passenden Inverter und schon kann man "überall" kochen ... und mit dem Inverter kann man auch noch viele andere Helferlein betreiben.
Der Inverter ist bei uns auf kurzem Weg direkt an die Batterie angeschlossen, damit sind praktisch alle o.a. Klippen umschifft. Die Unterpannungsschutzabschaltung übernimmt ein einfaches 12V-230V-Relais welches vom BMS angesteuert wird.
