kurzes update:
Der Dämpfersattel wird ersetzt. Offensichtlich gibt es sogar eine Art Anleitung dafür von Mercedes Benz. Das akzeptiert das Strassenverkehrsamt.
Das Ersatzteil ist wohl lieferbar.. (CHF 90,-)
Ich werde berichten.
Wer die Zusatzkosten trägt werde ich dann noch besprechen müssen, mir ist wichtig, dass das Ganze schnell ein Ende hat und ich über Ostern unbeschwert losfahren kann..
