Hallo,
zu 1 habe ich mir nie irgendwelche Gedanken gemacht, Wahrscheinlich durch irgend ein Axiallager.
Zu 2 ist es recht einfach, der Zylindercist mehrstufigen, wie der Mast auch.
Sowas in kleinerer Form ist auch an den meisten Kippaufbauten von LKW etc. verbaut.
