Wenn ich es richtig verstehe, setzt du das Aluguß-Teil in das Sandwich, so dass innen verkleidet werden muß, korrekt? Wenn ja würde ich da ein 3D-gedrucktes Teil innen installieren und den Zwischenraum ausschäumen als thermische Isolation falls nötig.
