Hallo Roland,
bei den Leistungsangaben der Induktionskochplatten musst Du immer herausfinden wie die Leistung bereitgestellt wird:
1.) Die Angabe ist eine Dauerleistung, oder
2.) Die Angabe ist eine gepulste Leistung ... 1000W = 10 Sekunden 2000W, 10 Sekunden AUS ...
In der Regel haben diese kleinen Induktionsplatten zwei bis drei feste Leistungsstufen, alle anderen Leistungen erfolgen gepulst.
Mit einer festen Leistungsstufe von 1000W kannst Du auch braten, wichtig ist dabei, daß Dein Topfboden nicht größer ist als die Magnetspule also ca. 13 cm im Durchmesser.
